HEARING AID SUPPORT IN SIDNEY, BC
Moving to our Sidney Hearing Clinic
Real care, at no cost, wherever you bought them
You already did the hard part. You got hearing aids.
If they’re not doing what you hoped, or you’ve recently moved to Sidney and need someone to take over your care, this is where you start. Most issues with hearing aids come back to how they were set up and how they’ve been supported over time.

Good hearing care is a relationship, not a transaction.
It’s someone who knows your history, tracks how things change over time, and adjusts as your life does. If you didn’t get that where you bought your devices, or you’ve just moved to Sidney and need someone new, we want to help.
We’re offering this care at no cost because we want to do something real for our community. If you’ve been struggling with your hearing aids and haven’t known where to turn, this is for you.
Continued Care
If you’d like us to be your provider going forward, this is how that works. We become your long-term hearing care partner, someone who knows your devices, knows your hearing, and is there when you need us.
This includes everything in A Second Start, plus:
Cleanings, troubleshooting, in-house repairs, and support whenever you need it
Programming adjustments as your hearing or preferences change
Two preventative maintenance checks per year to monitor and protect your devices
Loaner devices if your aids ever need to go in for repair
As your health, hearing, and lifestyle change, we adjust your care to match. You’re not getting a one-time fix. You’re getting someone who’s paying attention over time.
Also offered at no cost. Available for devices less than four years old.
Don’t Worry About Your Hearing Aid Warranty
Hearing aid warranties follow the devices, not the clinic where you bought them. If your hearing aids are still under manufacturer warranty, they can be serviced at any clinic that works with that brand. You don’t have to go back to where you bought them.
